While watching Oprah today I learned that in Brazil plastic surgery is very common. Getting breast implants is something most women do. They are number two in plastic surgery, after the US. But apparently their surgeons have somewhat lower standards.

And had to go all the way to Brazil to find a doctor crazy enough to allow that much silicone.
Disgusting. At least TX stopped her at 1 gallon per boob!
