Finally!

I got new glasses! And I must say that they are awesome. I love them. So much better than wearing a pair with just one arm. The search for this pair went much better than last time. Theric and I quickly selected these as the best match for me from the selection that was available to us. I am very happy with them. A number of people have noticed the new glasses, but not as many as noticed when I was wearing the broken ones--interesting.

Hooray! I like the design on the side.

I am in a similar boat as you were. Last week the arm fell off my glasses! I was just sitting there and my glasses fell off my face! I think it was from prolonged abuse from Dean grabbing them. Anyway, I took them in to my doctor to see if anything could be done to fix them. No can do. But because it's been less than a year since I got them, they're going to try and get the lenses replaced for a $20 fee naming it a manufacturing defect. It's been about a week since I took them in and I haven't heard one way or another, so I'm hoping that's a good sign. I've been wearing my old pair. The arm on this is 1 pull away from falling off itself, and it's an outdated prescription, but I'm just glad I don't have to suffer through my contacts that burn my eyes!

I noticed them the other night, and I liked them in person just as much as in the picuture!

Did I say anything about them? Because I did notice you had two arms.

I'm curious - where did you find them? I'm going to need new glasses soon and I'd like to visit a store with a good selection of frames.

Foxy, I am quite certain you commented on the new glasses. Mr Fob I am not so sure you said anything but I am glad that your powers of observation are such that you did notice that there were two arms on my glasses.

RC: scroll on the pictures to find out where I got these frames--I think you might be surprised. However, I do not recall them having a very good selection of mens frames.

Yes, I am surprised. Last time I went to Costco I despaired at their selection of Men's frames. However, maybe this time I'll find something...

Your frames are very cool.

Well, count me as one of the ones that noticed your armless glasses and not your new ones! Did you have them on at book group?
