I really like the chair. I didn't even know you could get an Eames that rocked!
When I was sixteen I wrote and illustrated a fabulous children's book. Then, just before I sent it to a publisher, I found out that it was already written, and it was already called "The Little House," and it had been stored somewhere in my subconscious. Honestly, I have no memory of ever reading it. I was disappointed. That book would have made me famous and rich if I had just put pen to paper before that poser Virginia did, twenty-one years before I was even born.
Perhaps this is why I'm secretly afraid to send my (other) manuscript out any more. It's not that I'm afraid it's bad--it's that I'm afraid I'll find out someone else already wrote it.
SavvyMom- Isn't it great! I've been wanting one for about three years now. maybe this will be the year I finally get one! (HA!)
Daltongirl- funny! I have fond memories of "The Little House." I love the illustrations. I think you should submit your other manuscript, just ask someone else to read it before you do--they should be able to tell you if it's been done before.
Ooo. nice new banner. Sweet.
Wow! Yay! Nice new design.
I found your blog from Th. and from Miss Nemesis, but I still wanted to stop by and say Happy Birthday!
