The Garden of Thteed

Below you will find some lovely photos of our garden and our Earthboxes. As you can see, everything appears to be doing well--the garden has even begun to take over the driveway. This has intimidated our car, the Lapper, and instead of parking near the garage, it is just barely creeping onto the driveway at all. We are also excited to witness the emergence of actual vegetables. We've been getting a couple strawberries most days this week. We picked our first zucchini today with about five more in line for sometime this week. Our first tomatoes are coming fast, and every meal is accented with fresh basil or cilantro! Not bad for planting everything later than we'd intended.

Behold! The Thteed Garden of Plenty!

Tomatoes as tall as a human female!

The First Zucchini
(with many more pending)

Tomatoes, chest high to a full-grown male!

The Forbidden Forest of Strawberry!

The Creeping Squash of Drivewayia!

Behold! the POWER of the Earthbox!

Encroaching on the Lapper's personal space

Pumpkin!

But........
How in the world are we going to eat all this---?????

Holy smokes! That's AWESOME! It makes our garden look a little puny...

I wish we could have strawberries here. And we should have tried pumpkin, but we ran out of room inside the fence...

'sposita: of course we'll share! I hope you LOVE zucchini

Silly: I think you should get some Earthboxes for next year. They're fantastic and you don't have to do any digging.
